I don’t know why the mail icon in Control Panel says 2016. I am using Office Home & Business 2019 perpetual. Went to Control Panel, Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016), email accounts, suddenlink configuration, Change, Change account window pops up. I can go to and log into the web version of the email server. It starts with the password prompt box now at startup of Outlook and continues until you exit Outlook
Hitting OK will cause it to go away for 3-4 seconds. Opened Outlook today and worked for 4 hours no problem. Password has not changed in the last year. Closed Outlook many times and opened again.
Office 2019 Home & Business 64 bit version on Win10 Pro 64bit with 16GB ram.
